Orders can be made through our online store or our social networks: facebook and instagram or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. In our online store, you only have to add the products to the cart, and register with your data, such as: name, address, email and choose a payment method. Your order will be shipped within the deadline after confirmation.
You can receive your item anywhere in Europe through our online store. If you would like to receive it in any other part of the world, send us an email to: email@example.com.
The photos are taken in order to reproduce all the details of the article. However, there may be some differences resulting from the device where you are viewing them.
Carsi guarantees the quality of its articles, however, in case a product does not comply with the expected we ask you to contact Carsi by email: firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can take note and solve the issue.
Shipping and Payment
You can pay by Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
The costs associated with shipping costs are as follows:
Portugal – 1 piece: € 3.35, 2 or + pieces: € 5.90
Europe – 1 piece: 7,10 €, 2 or + pieces: 10,50 €
The shipping address can only be changed until you receive the email with the shipping information. If you want to change the address later you must send an email to email@example.com, mentioning the number of your order and the new shipping address.
If you are in Portugal, delivery may take between 2 and 3 business days. If you are in the Portuguese islands or in the rest of Europe, delivery may take between 4 and 5 business days.
The shipping and billing address may be different, one of which will be used for tax purposes and another for shipping purposes.
You should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and inform about your order number so that we can speed up the process, as soon as possible.
Carsi works so that there is no delay in its shipments, however, sometimes there may be delays because of the post office enterprises or delays due to the high number of orders. However, if you need any extra information you can send an email to email@example.com.
The order is completed after receiving a confirmation email with the order’s general data. If you do not receive this email, you should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Usually, yes. Sometimes there may be some stock breakdown that is not detected by computer. However, if this happens, you will be informed by email, and you will have three options: to wait for the article to be available again, if there is a stock replacement; exchange for another item; ask for the reimbursement of the amount.
Product Exchanges and Returns
All purchases made through our website www.carsi.pt, through our social media, Instagram and Facebook, or even by e-mail are subject to Portuguese legislation.
According to Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, you have 14 consecutive days to exchange the article, from the moment you receive the order.
For the exchange / return if it is necessary that the article is in perfect conditions (it has not been used, it has not been washed, it does not have odors and that the hygienic protections, labels and bag (in the case of swimwear articles) are exactly such as sent.
Carsi is not responsible for damages caused by washing, drying or damages (read instruction’s for use).
Before making your purchase we advise you to consult our size guide in order to make a conscious purchase. Contact us through our e-mail, social networks or telephone if you need further clarification, we are happy to help you in any way you need.
The shipping costs resulting from the exchange are responsibility of the customer.
In case of return, the article must be in the required conditions and can be returned within a maximum period of 14 consecutive days after you receiving it. The amount will be returned in a Carsi’s voucher which can be used up to 1 year after the date of issue.
1. To make an exchange or return, send an e-mail to email@example.com where you must mention:
– address to receive a new article;
– order number;
– reason for exchange;
– reference and size of the item you want to exchange or return;
– if it is an exchange, mention the article and size you want to get.
2. You should send the article (we advise you to be in registered mail or carrier) to the same address that appears on the sender of the order you received.
3. After the Carsi team gets the article and after checking the above mentioned requirements, we will inform you as soon as possible if the exchange / return is possible (maximum term of 2 working days after getting it).
Items that are received and that do not meet the requirements will not be exchanged / returned.
The exchange may be made by any other article, whether of the same model or another, however it must be of equal amount or higher.
4. If the item received by us is in perfect conditions, we will send you our bank details in order to pay the costs inherent to the shipment of the item exchanged and the difference between the two products, if the item has a higher value than the previous one.
5. Once we receive the proof of payment, we will send the product of the exchange to the address mentioned by you.
Instructions for Use
- Hand wash with cold running water to remove all chlorine and salt residues after each use;
- Do not leave the item in water for a long period of time
- Do not wring
- Do not use a washer, dryer or dry cleaner.
- Do not iron
- Do not use aggressive detergents;
- Dry in the shade in a ventilated place;
- Do not put the item in contact with: cosmetics, solvents, sunscreens, suntan lotions and other chemicals;
- Lycra when in contact with large amounts of chlorine can change color, attention to pools with lots of chlorine.
- Machine wash at maximum 30 degrees
- Do not use bleach
- Ironing only up to 100 degrees
- Do not do dry cleaning
- Do not put the item in a dryer
- Drying in the shade in a ventilated place
